Healthy Broodstock​

Completely natural and healthy broodstocks are selected inthe production of salmon trout grown in the unique coldwaters of the Black Sea, with methods in accordance withquality standards and experienced teams.

Brood Trout Spawning

Eggs prepared in their natural environment are placed in incubatorsafter fertilization. The eggs placed in the incubation hatch afterabout 2 months. Removal of the egg sac and external feed intakebegins approximately one month later. The period during whichthese stages take place is very important in order to obtain qualityresults in salmon farming.

Sustainable Production

Aquaculture; Due to the depletion of natural fish resources, the increase in population and the depletion of some fish species, it provides easy access to fish, which is one of the healthiest protein sources. In order to protect the environment, in controlled conditions with a low carbon footprint and in farms where aquaculture is carried out with the principle of sustainability; It is aimed to meet the protein needs of future generations in the most reliable way.
