Our fish processing factory with a closed area of 5000 m2; with a productioncapacity of 120 tons per day, production is carried out without sacrificing qualityand hygiene. Every stage of production is followed by professional teams.According to customer preference, Salmon Trout, Black Sea Trout, Sea Bass, SeaBream and whole round, head on gutted, head off gutted , fillets are produced inour hygienic standards.

 

 

Feeding In Order

In order to raise fish in a healthy and high quality manner, the feeds used areas vital as the natural environment. For this reason, by maintaining ourunderstanding of quality in all production processes here as well; The feedswe use in seas, dams and terrestrial facilities are supplied from.

Healthy Broodstock​

Completely natural and healthy broodstocks are selected inthe production of salmon trout grown in the unique coldwaters of the Black Sea, with methods in accordance withquality standards and experienced teams.

Brood Trout Spawning

Eggs prepared in their natural environment are placed in incubatorsafter fertilization. The eggs placed in the incubation hatch afterabout 2 months. Removal of the egg sac and external feed intakebegins approximately one month later. The period during whichthese stages take place is very important in order to obtain qualityresults in salmon farming.

Aquaculture; Due to the depletion of natural fish resources, the increase in population and the depletion of some fish species, it provides easy access to fish, which is one of the healthiest protein sources.
